Kim Williams

Kim has been a trainer in the Toledo Ohio area for 15 years and lead group fitness for 25 years.  Kim’s realization that not everyone has the same physical issues or capabilities led her to do more personal training rather than large groups (which stifled her from helping with individual needs).

Kim started in the mid-eighties when group fitness classes were at their peek (the average classes were 75 to 100 people). From 1990 to 1993, she owned and operated her own group fitness studio. Kim’s interest in personal training began about that time and she sought after some of the leaders in the Toledo area to mentor. Kim also attended many seminar and certification programs in the industry. At one time, Kim held 23 fitness certifications (including her ACE, AFFA and API). She is currently updating her ACE certification.

Kim specializes in motivating people to find their potential through functional exercises, weight training and flexibility movement. She works with a wide range of clients that are looking for weight loss, work related issues, sports training, muscle building to functional everyday moving.
